摘 要
板料冲压成形是一种在现代汽车工业中应用十分广泛的重要塑性加工方法,随着汽车行业日益激烈的竞争,不仅要求提高冲压的生产效率,而且对冲压生产工艺的优化控制提出了更高的要求。因此,冲压工艺技术方法的不断完善和提高,一直是板料成形技术的研究热点。由于计算机软硬件技术,计算机图形学等学科的迅猛发展、CAD技术已成为产品设计人员进行研究开发的重要工具,其中的三维造型技术已被制造业广泛应用于产品及模具设计、方案评审、自动化加工制造及管理维护各个方面。
本次毕业设计以加强筋板为研究对象。该零件是典型的冲压件,产品形状有多向弯曲,且弯曲成形的精度要求较高,零件不对称,有一定的成形工艺难度。这些特点决定了零件工艺方案的多样性和工艺补充部分和成形方式的复杂性。
本文采用三维造型软件UGS NX 4.0造型,并根据塑性成形基本原理和板料成形的工艺知识、设计规范以及设计经验,对加强筋板成形工艺进行了研究;在对零件冲压工艺性分析的基础上,对各个工序可腀@鱿值墓ひ辗桨附卸员确治觯钪杖范撕侠淼墓ひ辗桨浮8菟范ǖ墓ひ辗桨付愿鞲龉ば蚰>呓猩杓疲瓿闪顺尚文>呓峁挂约肮丶慵纳杓疲⒍云浣屑扑慊嫱肌Ⅻbr>

ABSTRACT
Sheet stamping is the most important plastic working method and it's applied to automobile widely more and more. With the increasingly drastic market competition in automobile industry, it requires not only high production efficiency, but also optimized control on the production process. So the continuous improvement of sheet stamping technique and process has been there search hotspot of sheet forming all along. With the swift and violent development of computer hardware and software, finite element method and computer graphics, the computer aided engineering (CAE) technology based on numerical simulation is widely used in sheet forming field.
The part this paper desinged is the plate stiffener. The part is a typical stamping parts, how to shape products bending and bending of higher accuracy, its forming process property is difficulty and it is anisomerous. These features of the piece make the forming process and process supplyment complicated and the processing plan various.
In this paper, using three-dimensional mould software UGS NX 4.0 to build the shape, then according to the plasticity deformation principle and partial process knowledge, design guidelines and design experience, the forming process of the plate stiffener is researched. In addition, on the basis of analyzing the punch manufacturability of the piece, the possible processes in every working procedure are compared and analyzed, then the process plan are finally gained. Moulds of each process is designed in light of the optimized, and introducing the structure of the forming mould and the design of key pieces,and die assembly of its computer graphics.
