内容摘要：本文针对杭州酒吧的经营现状提出了“杭邦”酒吧这一概念，主张将杭州的本土特色融入到“杭邦”酒吧当中，在此基础上，提出了对“杭邦”酒吧塑造方面的一些建议，并且分析了“杭邦”酒吧在杭州发展的优势以及其主要发展方向和在发展中需要注意的问题。
