摘    要


本文针对目前摩托车油箱生产布局不合理,生产效率低,产品一次合格率不高的问题,在充分了解和掌握摩托车油箱制造技术要求的基础上,调查收集目前国内外摩托车油箱生产制造企业的现状,分析研究生产效率低,产品一次合格率不高的原因,提出解决办法,特别是焊接方法、填充金属、焊接工艺等因素对焊接加工的影响规律,从而优化出了较好的焊接加工过程。

    摩托车油箱按其所处的位置和形状,大致可分为骑式油箱,中置式油箱,倾斜式油箱三类。摩托车油箱焊接采用MIG熔化焊工艺和电阻焊工艺。本文在进行了油箱焊接结构特点分析、油箱材质的焊接性分析、油箱焊接方法选择的基础上,对油箱焊接生产工艺进行了具体的设计,其结果为:摩托车油箱主要焊接工艺流程为: 上体组合焊接- 下体组合焊接- 油箱譆@珊附印S拖渖咸逵勺蟆⒂野肟遣捎么罱雍阜炝游?搭接缝焊设备一般采用100~200 KVA 的缝焊机。油箱加油口焊接工艺采用MAG自动焊专机取代原常用的软钎焊工艺。摩托车油箱下体焊接使用固定式点焊机点焊左右安装座和出油口连接板等件。油箱譆@杉瓷稀⑾绿宓牧?采用电阻缝焊完成。

ABSTRACT


In this paper, the current motorcycle fuel tank production layout unreasonable, low production efficiency,  not high time the issue of product qualification rate, fully understand and master the fuel tank motorcycle manufacturers on the basis of technical requirements, the survey collected the fuel tank at home and abroad motorcycle manufacturing enterprises the status quo, Analysis of low production efficiency, product is no a passing rate of the reasons for the high, propose solutions, in particular the welding method, filled with metal, welding technology and other factors on the effects of welding process to optimize a better welding process.

According to the position and shape, Motorcycle fuel tank can be broadly classified into the fuel tank-riding, in-home fuel tanks, fuel tanks three-tilt. MIG welding a motorcycle fuel tank welding process and melting of resistance welding technology. This paper in the fuel tank welding structural characteristics of the fuel tank welding materials analysis, the fuel tank welding method chosen on the basis of the fuel tank welding production process for a specific design. The result: major motorcycle fuel tank welding process: upper body welding combination - lower body combination welding - the fuel tank assembly welding. Tank upper body from the left and right half shell used as a whole lap weld connections, who welded joints generally used equipment 100 ~ 200 KVA the seam welder. I refueling tank welding process used MAG welding plane replace the commonly used soft soldering process. Motorcycle fuel tank lower body welding use of fixed-point welding spot welding around the installation to oil blocks and I Lianjie Ban, and other items. The fuel tank assembly that is, the lower body connection, a resistance welding seam completed.
