粉煤灰在混凝土中的应用是最为普遍的,利用的技术水平也是最高的。它是粉煤灰综合利用的主流,也是今后的主要发展方向。随着研究工作的深入,粉煤灰对混凝土各种性能的影响规律不断地被揭示,加之粉煤灰的资源化、商品化,其质量有了很大程度的提高,使得人们已不再将粉煤灰看成是“废物”而加以“利用”,而是积极地利用粉煤灰的各种优良特性来改善混凝土的性能。本文研究了采用普通原材料和常规生产工艺配制方法配制普通C40混凝土,同时与掺用粉煤灰和玻璃纤维的双掺配制混凝土通过试验进行对比,按L9(34)正交试验表设计混凝土的配合比,用极差分析法分析了混凝土拌合物的工作性能以及硬化后的3d、7d和28d混凝土的抗压强度、抗折强度等。经试验与优化分析,确定了混凝土适用配合比,并在工程应用中加以验证。经我们反复试验,采用混凝土双掺技术(掺合料和外加剂)制备了C40高性能混凝土。这种混凝土在标准养护箱养护28 这种混凝土在标准养护箱养护28天后其物理性能满足设计要求,同时满足流动性的设计要求,从而保证了工程质量。关键词:粉煤灰 混凝土 配合比设计 正交试验

The Influence Of Fly Ash In Concrete
