摘 要 我国发展电子商务还存在许多瓶颈，如基础设施薄弱，人才姨色，相关的法律、法规还不完暑，网路安全技术问题和物流问题有待解决等，这些瓶颈都制约着我国电子商务的发展。本文提出了我国发展电子商务相应的对策。
