The purpose of this study is based on my report in part one in studying the management and organisational Management in Education module in University I was introduced to the models of management of Yulin University in the study I will use my knowledge about education to put the Management theory to practice and give my recommending about management and organisation for a school which is named Laibin High School more specifically the study attempted to explore the ability and willingness of the school management committee to take the responsibility of school management.
