生物神经细胞的动力学行为分析
Dynamical Analysis of the Bursting Behavior of Neuron
摘 要:神经元是神经系统的基本组成单位,通过放电活动进行信息编码,实现神经系统的调节、控制等功能。其放电活动表现出复杂的非线性现象,如混沌、随机共振、分岔等。论文首先对单个神经元的簇放电行为和耦合神经元同步动力学行为的研究意义和研究现状进行了综述,进而针对神经元放电活动所表现出的典型的快-慢耦合振荡的特点,基于周期性外刺激作用下的神经元H-R模型,应用快慢动力学分岔分析方法,探讨了该模型在不同参数条件下簇放电模式的特点。

Dynamical Analysis of the Bursting Behavior of Neuron
Abstract:Neurons are the basic unit of the nervous system, information encoded by discharge activities to achieve regulation of the nervous system, control functions, and its discharge activity exhibit complex nonlinear phenomena such as chaotic, stochastic resonance, bifurcation and so on. Firstly, bursting behavior of individual neurons and neuronal synchronization coupled dynamical behavior studies and research of significance were reviewed, and then for the discharge of neurons exhibited typical fast - slow coupled oscillation characteristics, based on cycle HR neuron model of external stimulation under application speed dynamics analysis, to explore the parameters of the model under different conditions bursting characteristics.
