1、在大量阅读理论文献的基础上,完成了汽车散热器左右侧板冲孔落料模具设计。在autoCaD制图的基础上,完成了立体出图,清晰的展示了自己的模具形状。
2、本设计中大量采用了标准件,目的是为了降低模具从设计到生产加工的时间和成本,符合现代模具设计生产的高效快速原则。
3、从安全操作和开式压力机机身考虑,提出了比较合理的排样方式,即先冲裁所选板料,按两工件需求的面积冲裁下来;再将冲裁下的板料放到设计的倒装复合模具中进行冲孔落料工序。

Through calculates always flushes the pressure, designates the press the model. according to various components characteristic, reasonably designs each work components as well as the fixed components, and uses the standard letter. Finally, carries on the verification to the mold overall form, the definite mold closed altitude, guarantees the equipment and the standard which selects satisfies the design request.
The design of the main research contents and innovative work as follows:
1. In a lot of reading on the basis of the theoretical literature, complete the left and right side of the car radiator blanking punching mold design. On the basis of the autoCaD drawing, completed the three-dimensional drawing, clearly demonstrated his mold shape.
    2. The design uses a lot of standard parts, the purpose is to reduce mold from design to production and processing time and costs, in line with the modern mold design and production of efficient and fast principle.
3. From the safe operation and open press body to consider proposed nesting reasonable manner, that is, first punching a selected sheet, according to the needs of the area two workpieces punching down; then under the sheet metal punching flip into the design of composite blanking punching mold process.
