摘 要

随着经济的的不断发展，人民生活水平的不断提高，人民群众医疗卫生服务的需求也日益增长。21世纪，移动通讯技术迅猛发展，人类已经步入了3G时代，移动网络交互已然成为本世纪人类交流的主流方式。如腀@浞掷孟钟械闹悄芤贫璞负鸵贫缤ㄐ偶际酰⒊瞿芪嗣翘峁└胖实囊搅品竦挠τ茫敲此啬芄惴旱乇蝗嗣袢褐谒邮芎腿峡伞Ⅻbr>本文在现有的医疗服务系统的基础上，经过分析医疗服务业务流程和患者群体的实际需求，创造性的将移动网络技术与现代医疗卫生服务融合在一起，设计并实现了一个基于Android平台的医学图像诊断系统（患者端实现）。系统通过访问远程服务器，实现了患者在移动设备上向医生发送诊断邀请、发送疾病信息及医学图像、给医生留言，以及对医生下发的电子诊断书进行查询、浏览以及处理等功能，进而实现了患者与医生进行远程诊疗的医疗服务系统。

ABSTRACT
With the continuous development of economy and improvement of people's living standards, the public's demand for health is increasing with each passing day and the existing medical care becomes increasingly unable to meet people's demand for health care service. The 21st century has witnessed the rapid development of mobile communication technology and mankind has stepped into 3G time. If we can make the best use of the exsiting intelligent mobile equipment and mobile Internet communication technology to develop an application that can offer us more convenient, faster and more formal medical service, then it must be accepted by the masses and will enjoy a very broad market prospect.
Through analyzing the real needs of the patients and the business process of the medical service, combining mobile network with health care service Perfectily, this artical designs and realizes a Medical Image Diagnostic System For Android on the basis of the exsiting medical care system. Through access to remote server, using the system on mobilephone , people can send state of illness, medical picture, diagnosis invitation to any doctor which you wanted. People also can use the System to scan doctor’s information, doctor’s advice, medical certificate and so on. And then , we achieve the main goal of the system, remote diagnosis between patients and doctors.
