双离合器变速器技术 毕业(论文)设计.doc

【摘要】：随着世界汽车对汽车的动力性、 经济性、排放性和操纵性提出了更高要求,对于汽车的操纵性,汽车简单分为手动变速器和自动变速器,这次我要论述的是自动变速器里的最新成果----DSG变速器。DSG ，英文全称Direct-Shift Gearbox，翻译成中文就是“直接换挡变速器”。用更通俗的话来说就是“双离合器 机械式半自动变速器”。DSG（Direct-Shift Gearbox）变速器是目前世界上最先进的、具有革命性的变速器系统，大众汽车在2002年于德国沃尔夫斯堡首次向世界展示了这一技术创新。新一代DSG变速器采用了双离合器和6个前进档的传统齿轮变速器作为动力的传送部件，主要与高扭矩的发动机配合使用。大众汽车公司投入1.5亿欧元在卡塞尔的大众工厂，用于制造DSG变速器，该工厂最大日产能为1000台。
