摘 要
卷取机是板带生产的主要设备,将其卷取成卷,便于生产、运输和储存。特点是近代冷轧向高速、大卷重方向发展,卷取机的重要性更为显著。
冷带钢卷取机按用途可分为大张力卷取机和精整卷取机两大类。大张力卷取机主要用于可逆轧机、连轧机、单机架轧机和平整机。精整卷取机则主要用于连续退火、酸洗、涂镀及纵剪、重卷等生产机组。

前 言
随着科学技术的的发展,带钢生产目前大部分采用连续化成卷生产。在带钢
产过程中,需要采用带钢卷取设备来完成带钢缠卷、开卷及直头平展等工序,以便实现带钢生产连续化、机械化及自动化。可见带钢卷取设备是实现带钢生产连续化的重要设备之一。
用热连轧机生产带钢时,需要把热态(550~750℃)带钢卷缠成卷。目前大多数采用卷板机作为带钢卷取设备。卷板机一般安设在车间地坪以下,故亦可称为地下卷取机。为了使卷板机取得良好的卷取效果,一般在卷取过程中采用一定的卷取张力。
在卷取生产冷轧带钢时,采用冷带钢卷取设备来实现带钢的卷绕成卷。根据轧制工艺及卷取冷带钢要求,一般在卷取过程中采用较大的张力。目前大多数采用卷筒式卷取机作为冷带钢卷取设备。
本次设计的卷取机为四棱锥胀缩式卷取机。具体技术参数为: ; ; ; ; ; ;
在带钢连续精整机组(如退火、酸洗、剪切、涂层等)中,机组尾部要采用卷筒式张力卷取机来实现卷绕带钢;机组头部要求把成卷带钢展平,“展”和“平”
则分别由开卷设备和直头设备来完成。
综上所述,带钢设备应包括:

(3) 冷态带钢开卷和直头设备
本说明书重点论述冷轧带钢卷取设备四棱锥胀缩式卷取机的结构、设计计算、结构及使用等问题。具体涉及传动系统的计算、径向压力的计算、液压缸的计算、棱锥轴及键的强度校核等。书中所述内容大部分取自国内外有关资料,望各位老师对书中的不妥之处,提出批评和指正。
