摘 要
悬架是现代汽车上的重要譆@芍唬殉导苡氤抵岬缘亓悠鹄础K闹饕饔檬谴葑饔迷诔德趾统瞪碇涞囊磺辛土亍2⑶一汉陀刹黄铰访娲瞪淼某寤髟睾桑ゼ跤纱艘鸬恼穸Vこ嗽钡氖媸市裕跣』跷锖统盗颈旧淼亩睾伞Ⅻbr>本文主要讲的是某型货车前后悬架的设计,弹性元件为钢板弹簧。重点从前后悬架主要参数的确定及弹性元件的计算。首先,我把形式不同的悬架的优缺点进行了比较,然后定下某型货车的前后悬架的形式为钢板弹簧非独立悬架.然后围绕悬架的部件进行设计.先是主要参数的确定,再是弹性元件的设计计算,最后是减振器的计算选型.

ABSTRACT
Nowadays Motor suspension is an important one assembly, which the frame and the flexibility to connect the axle. Its main role is to pass between the wheels and the body all the force and moment. The uneven road to ease the impact of body load and the attenuation is caused by vibration, to ensure passenger comfort, cargo and vehicles to reduce their load.
This article is about vehicles front and rear suspension design, flexible spring steel components for. Focus from the main parameters of front and rear suspension the determination and the calculation of elastic element. First of all, I have the form of the advantages and disadvantages of different suspension were compared, and then set the front and rear of vehicles the form of suspension for non-independent suspension leaf springs. And then focus on the design of suspension components. The first one is determination of the main parameters. The second one is the design and calculation of the elastic element and the calculation of the final selection of shock absorber.
