数控技术和数控机床的技术水平高低及其在金属切削加工机床产量和总拥有量的百分比是衡量一个国家国民经济发展和工业制造整体水平的重要标志之一。在数控加工中,无论是手工还是自动编程,在编程之前都要对所加工的零件进行工艺分析,拟定加工方案,选择合适的刀具,确定切削用量,因此,数控加工中工艺分析必不可少。不仅如此,对于一个数控操作工来说编程知识也是必不可少的,少了编程就不腀@浦亓恕S盍胤抡媸鞘丶庸さ囊恢盅靶陀τ萌砑梢允挂桓霰喑痰某跹д叻奖憧旖莸恼莆毡喑碳笆鼗驳囊恍┘虻サ牟僮鞣椒ǎ杂谑丶庸さ难坝泻艽蟮陌镏赜盍抡嬖谙衷诘氖丶庸ぱ爸幸苍缫丫玫搅斯惴旱挠τ谩

Abstract
Numerical control technology and numerical control engine bed technical level height and is weighs a country national economy development and one of industry manufacture overall level important symbols in metal machining engine bed output and the total capacity percentage.In numerical control processing, regardless of is manual or programs automatically, before programming all must to the components which processes carry on the craft analysis, draws up the processing plan, chooses the appropriate cutting tool, determines the cutting specifications, therefore, in the numerical control processing the craft analyzes essentially.Not only that, programs the knowledge regarding a numerical control operator also is essential, was short the programming not to be able to call it the numerical control.The space dragon numerical control simulation is the numerical control processing one kind of study application software, it may cause a programming the beginner facilitates the quick grasping programming and the numerical control engine bed some simple operating procedure, had the very big help regarding the numerical control processing study, the numerical control space dragon simulation also early already obtained the widespread application in the present numerical control processing study.
This design content mainly introduced numerical control processing characteristic, processing craft analysis as well as numerical control programming and the numerical control space dragon simulation general step.And through standard forming roll class components processing example detailed introduction numerical control processing craft analysis programming and simulation processing method.
