Abstract: With the growth of technology in network and education, tele-education based on Internet is developing rapidly. It is so significant to manage and utilize the teaching resources efficiently since construction of teaching resources is the core of tele-education. This article provides a rudimentary design project of Management of Teaching Resources Application System.
