摘 要



随着企业信息化的普及和发展，在各企事业单位中计算机的应用越来越广泛。通过信息化建设来提高企业的竞争力已成为大多数中小企业的共识。而在现有设施的基础上，建立企业内部的局域网并连接互联网，正是实现企业信息化管理的前提和基本条件。

信息化能够有效肩上重复劳动并能加强协作，从而提高工作效率，增加企业效益。在现有中小企业中，普遍存在正信息基础薄弱、技术人员匮乏等特点，使得他们不能有效地将自身的传统业务与信息系统很好的结合起来，不腀@缍鞣⒒有畔⒒吹挠攀啤�

通常企业的办公网络主要是为了方便企业内部发布信息与交流，实现企业内部资源的共享，达到降低企业运营成本、提高企业运作效率的目的。

现今的人类社会已经进入到了网络与信息的社会，随着Internet的迅速发展和广泛应用，越来越多的人们用网络来进行业务联系、商业服务和信息交流。Internet是一个由众多小的局域网共同组成的遍布世界各个角落的复杂庞大的数据网络。它安全、平稳的运作有赖于各种各样的网络服务器提供诸如Web网页浏览、FTP文件传输、E-MAIL收发、NEWS讨论、Exchange在线讨论服务、域名解析、动态分配IP地址等网络服务。

Along with the enterprise informationization's popularization and the development, computer's application are getting more and more widespread in various Enterprises and institutions. Enhances enterprise's competitive power through the informationization construction to become the majority small and medium-sized enterprises the mutual recognitions. But in the existing facility's foundation, establishes the enterprise internal local area network and connects the Internet, is precisely realizes the enterprise informationization management premise and the basic condition.

The informationization can on the effective shoulder be redundant the work and can strengthen the cooperation, thus the enhancement working efficiency, increases the performance of enterprises. In the existing small and medium-sized enterprise, has the information foundation to be weak generally, technical personnel deficient and so on characteristics, enables them effectively own traditional service and the information system very good union, cannot honor the superiority which graciousness display informationization brings.

Usually enterprise's work network is mainly for the convenience enterprise interior issue information and the exchange, realizes enterprise interior resources sharing, achieves reduces the enterprise operation cost, to raise the enterprise operation efficiency the goal.

Nowadays's human society already entered the network and the information society, along with the Internet rapidly expand and the widespread application, more and more people carries on the operational ties, the commercial service and the communication with the network. Internet is one world-wide world each corner complex huge data net which is composed together by the numerous small local area network. It safe, the steady operation depends on various network server provides such as the Web homepage browsing, the FTP file transfer, the E-MAIL receiving and dispatching, the NEWS discussion, the Exchange online discussion to serve, network services and so on domain name analysis, dynamic allocation IP address.
