Abstract: With the profound implementation of character education in China,various educational institutions have put emphasis on the development of independent study capability of the students.This paper introduces an instructional approach to proficiency thorough rapid interpreting activities in class with electronical texts. The simple e-learning set-up is effective in maximizing individual linguistic performance and minimizing the students learning anxiety so that autonomy in learning is feasible and materalized.
