摘 要
目前，企业财务风险的认识与控制是财务领域中的重要研究课题。在科技迅猛发展的今天,企业只要存在就面临着风险，企业的财务风险影响企业的健康发展，也影响国家的发展。
本文借鉴国内外财务风险防范和控制理论和方法,结合中国国情和xx水电公司发展的实际情况。通过了解财务风险的概念、特征、分类、成因，主要通过财务报表的分析和指标分析，对xx水电公司发展过程中存在和可能产生的财务风险进行了深入剖析,找出公司存在的财务风险，判断财务风险的大小、严重程度及其导致的原因。对该公司存在的财务风险不能避而不谈，或持观望的态度，而应抓住时机及时的发现问题，并提出相应的化解措施。这样才能有效地控制财务风险对公司造成的影响，尽量减少财务风险给公司带来的损失。发现问题、解决问题，使xx水电公司健康快速的向前发展。
